        Does this sound like you?

You feel like you have spent so much of your life surviving that you are not quite sure what it means to truly feel safe, connected, or at ease with yourself. Maybe you find yourself constantly overthinking, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from your needs, or stuck in patterns that once helped you survive but now leave you feeling exhausted. You notice that you are frequently on edge or feel pulled to be productive all the time. Relaxation is difficult and self care feels unnecessary or impossible to engage in.
You may carry the weight of family expectations, cultural pressures, intergenerational wounds, or experiences that taught you your feelings were “too much,” inconvenient, or unsafe to express. Perhaps you are used to taking care of everyone else while quietly struggling on your own. You had to be perfect all the time, or maybe you were never good enough for anyone. Your emotions fluctuate between overwhelming you and feeling unreachable.
Part of you wants to slow down, breathe, and finally feel understood, but you’re not sure how to get to that point.

        Can Therapy Help?

Therapy offers an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, build safety within your body and relationships, and create space for the parts of you that may have been ignored, silenced, or pushed aside for a long time. You don’t have to navigate this on your own. You deserve a space where your full humanity is welcomed and where you can move at your own pace while still feeling grounded, supported, and deeply cared for.

        How can I help?

As a therapist, I have the privilege of witnessing your story. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, gentle, and empowering. I aim to create a space where you feel seen without needing to shrink parts of your identities. Even when the world has not felt safe, I believe the therapy room should be a space where you can experience care, safety, authenticity, and empowerment.

My hope is that our work together helps you develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself, heal parts of yourself that have been hurt, and move through life with greater clarity, self-trust, and emotional freedom.

        When I'm not at Work

I love spending time with my three cats and am always in search of a good cafe. When I have a rare moment of free time, I enjoy painting, playing video games, and watching anime.
