Seeking a Licensed Therapist (Afternoon/Evening/Possible Weekend Hours)

We are offering a full-time, W2 employment opportunity with benefits. We provide regular consultation meetings to discuss our cases and learn from one another.
Compensation is based on a fee for service basis, starting at $60/session. As a W2, we cover employee payroll taxes as well as 60% of the base health insurance plan (estimated $5400 value depending on your age). We match up to 4% on our 401K. We also offer basic life, access to dental/vision. You are expected to work up to seeing an average of 25 clients/week.
We are paneled as a group with Aetna, BCBS, Cigna/Evernorth, and Scott and White, so you can elect to take insurance and serve self-pay clients.

- We do all the leg-work to book your intakes, send paperwork, and verify insurance and then you have the autonomuy of booking subsequent sessions

- We have a leadership team in place, including a Clinical Director who supports our therapists with clinical issues and a Director of Operations who onboards, trains, manages the EHR, and books intakes
- We offer optional consultation groups in house over the following topics: religoius trauma, EMDR, and EFT couples counseling
