Can Therapy Help?
Therapy can offer a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. It can be a place to slow down, explore what you’re feeling, and be vulnerable without the expectations or pressures you may experience elsewhere. Together, we can make room for the parts of yourself that may be difficult to share, better understand the patterns shaping your life, and explore what you want for yourself.
How can I help?
My approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and tailored to you. I strive to understand you within the context of your relationships, identities, culture, family, and the larger systems that shape your life, in connection to the concerns you bring into therapy.
I draw from feminist, multicultural, relational-cultural, and acceptance-based approaches, while recognizing that you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to tell you who to be or what to do, but to support you in building on your strengths and finding ways forward that feel meaningful and authentic to you.
When I'm not at Work
I’m usually spending time with friends, crafting, thrifting, or finding an excuse to listen to live music. I enjoy creating things with my hands, sharing good food, exploring new places, and watching musicals.
