Are you passionate about supervising the next generation of counselors and looking for a place to land?
We are looking to hire a full time, salaried, (W-2) LPC-Supervisor to support our LPC-Associates in our Early Career Professionals Program. You work will be a blend of supervising Associates and seeing clients.
About you
Our ideal candidates are...
- Passionate about supervision!
- Informed by supervision models including the Discrimination Model, Integrative Developmental Model, and Relational Models of Supervision (We love Nancy McWilliams’ Psychoanalytic Supervision book!)
- Comfortable providing both formative and summative feedback to Associates
- Wanting to keep your clinical skills sharp by continuing to see clients (client caseload will depend on the # of supervisees in a given semester)
- Comfortable supervising work with adult and teen (13+) clients
- Timely with administrative duties and notes (you’ll sign off on all supervisee notes)
- Possibly open to assisting with program development for our Early Caree Professionals Program as the program continues to grow
Compensation
- Salary is $75K annually
- Benefits include:
- 60% of the base health insurance plan (BCBS PPO; it’s around $5400 annually depending on your age).
- Up to 4% match on our 401K
- Basic life insurance

- $500 annual CE stipend
- Two weeks of paid vacation
- Total compensation package is roughly $83,900

- We manage all aspects of billing
- We offer weekly consultation meetings to keep each other sharp and engaged
- We offer specialty consultation groups on EMDR, Religious Trauma, and Couples (EFT)
- We have a training program called the “Early Career Professionals” Program that consists of LPC-Assocites and Doctoral Therapists
- We have a leadership team in place, including a Clinical Director who supports our therapists with clinical issues, a Director of Operations who onboards, trains, manages the EHR, and books intakes, plus two owners who visioneer DTC, actively see clients, and provide training and support for our therapists
