Does this sound like you?
You might feel like you’re carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders—your mind is racing, filled with “what ifs” and self-doubt. Maybe anxiety has you second-guessing every decision, or depression makes it hard to get out of bed. You might struggle to juggle work, relationships, and life, all while feeling like you’re falling short. Or perhaps past trauma still lingers, impacting your ability to fully enjoy the present. It’s exhausting, and you’re ready for things to change.
CAN THERAPY HELP?
What if life didn’t have to feel overwhelming? Imagine facing the day with confidence, quieting the racing thoughts, and setting boundaries that honor your needs. What would it feel like to step into a space where you can show up as your authentic self, free from judgment? Healing is possible, and growth can happen. Therapy offers a path forward; you don’t have to walk it alone.
How I can help…
In therapy, you are the expert of your own life. My role is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can work together to uncover solutions that are right for you. I approach therapy with a trauma-informed, culturally responsive mindset, helping you tap into your strengths and explore new ways of thinking and coping. Through our work together, we’ll focus on practical strategies for self-care, emotional regulation, and healing. I believe in a collaborative approach, where your voice and experiences guide the process. Whether you’re facing anxiety, trauma, or another challenge, we’ll work at your pace, finding authentic and empowering solutions.
I’m here to support you through a range of challenges, including PTSD, medical or childhood trauma, and complex diagnoses. My work often involves helping individuals navigate the impact of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and religious trauma. I’m passionate about body-affirming care and body-neutrality, and I’m dedicated to helping you build self-compassion, self-esteem, and acceptance. If you’re exploring your identity, facing LGBTQ+ issues, or going through religious deconstruction, I provide a safe and supportive space. I also specialize in gender-affirming care, helping you explore and express your authentic self. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, and I’m committed to helping you create a life that feels true to who you are, no matter what challenges you’re facing.
When I’m not at work…
You’ll probably find me curled up with a coffee and an audiobook, my cat snuggled beside me. Crafting is my creative outlet, and I especially enjoy quilting and painting—my favorite ways to relax and express myself. I also love spending time with friends, sharing laughs, and making memories together.
