My work often involves helping individuals navigate the impact of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and religious trauma. I’m passionate about body-affirming care and body-neutrality, and I’m dedicated to helping you build self-compassion, self-esteem, and acceptance. If you’re exploring your identity, facing LGBTQ+ issues, or going through religious deconstruction, I provide a safe and supportive space. I also specialize in gender-affirming care, helping you explore and express your authentic self. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, and I’m committed to helping you create a life that feels true to who you are, no matter what challenges you’re facing.
