Can Therapy Help?
Imagine feeling peace. Experiencing pleasure. Understanding who you are and what you want out of your life. Creating connections that feel authentic and supportive. Let’s work backwards from there to get you where you want to go.
How can I help?
I provide holistic, person-centered therapy to individuals experiencing sexual health and mental health concerns, as well as those navigating neurodivergence, gender identity and/or sexual orientation exploration. I operate from the perspective that your plan of care should be as unique as you are. My eclectic approach utilizes different treatment modalities to best fit your needs. Throughout our sessions, I will act as a guide to provide support in the journey of identifying your goals and acquiring the tools necessary to reach them.
As a neurodivergent, queer, nonbinary therapist, I understand the importance of and celebrate all of your identities including the ways they intersect to create the unique individual that you are. I hope to provide a space where you feel safe to be your most authentic self or begin to discover that version of you. There may be some tears, fears and moments of frustration, but there will be laughter, too. You deserve to heal, and I cannot wait to be there to bear witness as you do.
When I'm not at Work
I enjoy taking walks to the local coffee shop with my partner and pup while we say hello to all the neighborhood cats along the way. You might also find me curled up with a book (and my own cat), trying out a new mocktail recipe or scream-singing along to my favorite bands as they play nostalgic hits on their 20th anniversary tours.
