Does this sound like you?

Do you feel overwhelmed, anxious or emotionally detached? It may seem like you’re stuck – not knowing how to handle your emotions or, rather, feeling completely numb. Perhaps while attending to the needs of others, you’ve lost touch with your own sense of self and are wondering who that person even is these days. Or maybe you have experienced or are experiencing something so challenging that it has left you feeling alone and disconnected from others and maybe even yourself. The relentless routine and to-do lists may make you feel like nothing will ever change. I am here to tell you that change is possible.

Can Therapy Help?

By considering therapy, you are taking a step toward the change you want to see in your life. Therapy provides a safe, non-judgmental space for someone to come alongside you while you explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences. It will help you take the various fragmented parts of your story, piece them together and find meaning and healing.

How I can help…

It is my hope as a therapist to provide you with a safe and welcoming space where you feel free to be your full, authentic self. I am committed to collaborating with you to explore possible avenues for change in your life. I use an integrative approach, meaning I draw from various therapeutic methods to tailor our sessions to what best suits you and your needs. We will partner together and journey at your own pace and I promise to be open, curious, and compassionate as we navigate toward the fulfilled life you deserve.

When I’m not at work…

You can find me on a long walk at White Rock Lake or, more likely, shuffling my kids around to their various activities. I’m a sucker for a “cozy” murder mystery novel and an avid lover of Schitt’s Creek.  My family is actively involved in Special Olympics and has the best time supporting my son’s teams.
