    Does this sound like you?

Do you often feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stretched thin—like you’re carrying more than you can manage on your own? Maybe your mind is constantly racing, your body feels tense or on edge, and even small stressors can feel like too much. You try to hold it together, but inside you’re exhausted.

In your relationships, you may notice the anxiety showing up as conflict, distance, or misunderstandings. You might worry about saying the wrong thing, feel easily triggered, or find yourself shutting down or reacting in ways you later regret. Even when you care deeply, staying emotionally connected can feel hard when stress and overwhelm take over.

You may long for calm, clarity, and more ease—both within yourself and in your relationships—but aren’t sure how to get there. If you’re tired of feeling stuck in these patterns and want support that helps you feel more grounded, understood, and connected, you’re not alone.

    Can Therapy Help?

Therapy can offer a calm, supportive space to slow things down and make sense of what you’re experiencing—without judgment or pressure to have it all figured out. Together, we’ll gently explore the patterns beneath your anxiety, overwhelm, and relationship struggles, helping you understand not just what is happening, but why.

You’ll learn how to recognize and respond to your emotions in ways that align with the person you want to be. Therapy can help you build a stronger connection with yourself and with the people who matter most in your life.

    How can I help?

I can provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space for you to explore your difficult experiences. I can offer support when you feel stuck and gentle guidance as you navigate through various challenges. You do not have to do this alone.

    When I'm not at Work

You can find me on a long walk at White Rock Lake or, more likely, shuffling my kids around to their various activities. I'm a sucker for a "cozy" murder mystery novel and an avid lover of Schitt's Creek. My family is actively involved in Special Olympics and has the best time supporting my son's teams.
