Does this sound like you?

You wake up with a weight already pressing down on you, the same ache you’ve carried for so long. Even before the day has started, a sense of dread creeps in, and you wonder how you’ll get through. Maybe you reach for your phone and start scrolling – looking for answers, distractions, maybe even Googling questions like, “How can I stop feeling this way?” or “Will this ever get easier?”

Each day, you’re balancing so much: the friend, the partner, the parent, the professional. You’re there for everyone else, yet when was the last time someone checked in on you? You can barely remember. Somewhere deep down, you value connection, maybe even happiness, but the idea of trusting or relying on others feels like an impossible risk. The fears whisper to you, telling you it’s better to stay guarded – it’s safer that way, isn’t it?

Sometimes, you imagine a different kind of life. You picture a version of yourself who wakes up without this constant ache, who feels free to laugh and let others in without fearing what will happen next. But just as quickly as it comes, it fades. Is therapy the answer?you wonder, but then those old doubts rise up, reminding you of all the times it felt like nothing changed.

And yet here you are, taking a moment to consider that maybe life could be different. Maybe there’s a way through this, even if it feels like you’ve been carrying it forever. Even now, you’re taking a step forward, wondering if this time, you don’t have to carry it alone.

Can Therapy Help?

Life doesn’t have to feel like this. There is a way to feel at peace in your own skin, not braced for the next wave of worry or fear.

Imagine waking up ready to face the day, feeling light instead of weighed down. Picture being able to talk openly with loved ones, to express what you need without fear of rejection or judgment. Standing up for yourself, speaking honestly, and truly feeling heard—these are possible.

Healing is real. Research shows trauma, anxiety and depression are highly treatable, and so many people experience relief, often within a few sessions. It is possible to shift from feeling burdened by doubt and pain to building a life where you feel deeply connected and in control.

You don’t have to do this alone. You don’t need all the answers today. All it takes is the willingness to show up and consider that there’s more to your story than the pain you’ve carried. If you’re ready, this step could lead you somewhere more hopeful than you ever thought possible.

How I can help…

In therapy with me, you’ll find a space where you’re invited to show up fully, just as you are. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck, gently helping you to uncover what lies beneath the worry and the walls you’ve built over time. My approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity—I believe in looking at your experiences as they are now while helping you understand how they’ve been shaped by the past.

My role is to guide you in finding your voice and agency, while your role is to bring a willingness to explore what’s possible. As we work together, we’ll build practical skills for managing stress and anxiety, set boundaries that feel good, and develop habits that nurture you instead of depleting you.

I work best with clients who are ready for a challenge and open to a little humor along the way. Therapy can be hard work, but it doesn’t always have to feel heavy. I believe in creating a space where we can find lightness, even in difficult moments, and where you feel empowered to try new approaches to old struggles.

If you’re ready to explore what’s possible and take some bold steps toward the life you want, I’m here to walk that path with you. Together, we can create the change you’re hoping for.

When I’m not at work…

You can usually find me spending time with my German Shepherd-Husky — he keeps me active and never fails to make me laugh. I also love getting together with friends, sharing laughs, and catching up over good food. When I need some downtime, I’ll cozy up with a cup of tea and settle into a great drama or comedy series; there’s nothing like a good storyline to unwind and recharge.
