Does this sound like you?

You’re constantly juggling the demands of daily life, but underneath it all, there’s a persistent feeling of  disconnection or unease that you just can’t shake. Maybe you’re a caregiver who feels like you’re losing yourself in the process, or perhaps you’re someone who has always been the strong one, yet now, you’re struggling to keep it together. You value connection, but fear that opening up will lead to disappointment or hurt. You might be considering therapy because the usual ways of coping—whether that’s burying yourself in work or trying to manage it all on your own—aren’t working anymore. Perhaps this is a long-standing issue, or maybe something recent has pushed you to seek help, but either way, the idea of therapy feels both necessary and intimidating.

Can Therapy Help?

Can you imagine a life where you’re not just surviving, but actually thriving? What if you could reconnect with yourself and others in a way that feels authentic and fulfilling? Therapy offers a space where you can explore these possibilities. I’ve seen clients find new ways to navigate their challenges, regain a sense of control, and start living in alignment with their true values. Whether it’s learning to set boundaries without guilt or discovering new ways to cope with anxiety, healing is not only possible—it’s within reach.

How I can help…

In our sessions, we’ll work together to uncover the root of your pain and develop strategies to help you find empowerment. My approach is grounded in multicultural, feminist, and person-centered theories, which means I tailor our work to fit your unique needs and experiences. I see my role as both a guide and a collaborator, helping you to uncover your strengths and empowering you to make the changes you seek. You can expect to learn practical tools for self-care, like setting boundaries and finding activities that truly nourish you, rather than drain you. I work best with clients who are ready to engage deeply in the process, and who are open to exploring new perspectives and approaches. I strive to create a warm, empathetic space where you feel understood and supported as you embark on this journey of self-discovery and healing.

When I’m not at work…

When I’m not at work, you’ll likely find me recharging through connecting with friends and family, being in the outdoors, reading, painting, or enjoying some good coffee!
