Does this sound like you?

You constantly feel overwhelmed, stressed, or out of control. You feel lonely or disconnected from the people in your life. You are facing challenges in exploring your identity and getting to know your authentic self. Perhaps you are moving through a new phase of life and feel lost or confused. You feel unfulfilled or unsatisfied with your current way of living. There are painful past experiences preventing you from leading the life you want. Maybe it feels like nobody understands what you’re going through, and it is too difficult or painful to explain.

Can Therapy Help?

Can you imagine what it would feel like to share your authentic self with the world without fear of judgment or rejection? To feel a sense of inner calm and feel at peace with yourself? To have confidence that you are living your life in a way that aligns with your values and beliefs?

If you’re reading this now and considering therapy, then you’ve already taken a meaningful step towards self care. Showing up as your authentic self in a therapeutic space can help you build the confidence you need to form meaningful connections. With guidance, you can learn effective strategies of self care and emotional regulation. Whatever your goals may be, therapy can provide a safe space for you to explore the possibilities of making positive changes in your life. You are not alone in what you’re experiencing, and together we can work towards change.

How I can help…

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and welcoming space for my clients to explore their authentic self, take risks, and build connections. I offer an integrative approach to therapy, meaning I pull from various evidence-based methods and theories to find what works best for you. I believe that because each individual is uniquely shaped by their experiences, identities, and values, everyone’s therapeutic journey will look a little different. Additionally, many people who seek therapy have painful experiences in their past, which is why I always strive to lead with compassionate, trauma-informed care. If we work together, you can expect me to be open, honest, thoughtful, and curious. I have experience and enjoy working with clients with diverse gender, sexual, and cultural identities. It is my hope and belief that everyone who enters my therapy space will feel accepted and affirmed for who they are.

I know how difficult it can be to take the first steps of beginning therapy, so I promise to honor your commitment to change by showing up alongside you every step of the way.

When I’m not at work…

You can probably find me watching reality tv, reading a good book, or playing a cozy video game. I also love playing pickleball, spending sunny days outdoors, and spending time with my cats Honey and Eggo.
