          Does this sound like you?

You’re doing all the right things, but still feel like something is missing. You show up for work, your friends, your partner, your community, but inside, you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of how much longer you can keep pushing through. Maybe you’re tired of questioning whether you’re “too much” or “not enough.” Perhaps anxiety, perfectionism, or burnout have become familiar companions. You might feel like you’re constantly adapting to fit into spaces that don’t feel fully supportive or safe. The inner critic is loud, and even though you’ve tried to manage things on your own, something inside you is starting to wonder: What if things could be different?

          Can Therapy Help?

What if your life didn’t have to feel this heavy? Imagine showing up in your life with more ease, self-trust, and connection to yourself and others. I believe therapy can be a space to explore the internal stories and coping strategies that once helped you survive, but now might be keeping you stuck. Together, we can look at how your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions interact and practice new ways of relating to yourself that feel more aligned and compassionate. Therapy is a space for people to shift long-held beliefs, reconnect with their values, and begin to reclaim parts of themselves they’ve been taught to quiet or ignore. You are not broken, and you don’t have to do this alone.

          How can I help?

My goal is to create a warm, affirming space where you can put down your armor and connect with your full, authentic self. If you’ve spent much of your life navigating systems that weren’t designed with you in mind, it makes sense that you may have learned to hide, over-function, or silence parts of who you are. In our work together, we’ll explore the impact of these experiences with compassion and curiosity, not judgment. I believe healing happens in authentic relationships that honor your voice, your story, and your truth. Together, we’ll untangle the messages that have shaped how you see yourself, nurture greater self-compassion, and begin to shift the patterns that keep you stuck. We will also build practical tools to help you feel more grounded and empowered. Whether you’re seeking more clarity, connection, or simply a space where you don’t have to explain yourself, you are welcome here.

          When I'm not at Work

I’m happiest when I’m outside in the sunshine, spending time with family, or curled up with a good memoir. I’m always on the lookout for the best coffee shop in Dallas (bonus points if there’s good people-watching) and I love winding down with a yoga class when I can. I’m a big believer in finding joy in the little things and making space for rest, connection, and laughter.
