Does this sound like you?

Do you find yourself at a crossroads, navigating the complexities of your life? If you’re facing the challenges of identity exploration, relationship uncertainties, or letting past experiences control your present, you’re not alone. The weight of these challenges might be more than you’re able to carry on your own. Perhaps you’ve been hesitant to seek help, uncertain if therapy could really make a difference in your life. But here you are, considering the possibility that you could find relief and live more authentically.

Can Therapy Help?

Can you imagine a life where you’re no longer weighed down by your past or overwhelmed by your worries? Beyond the pain you’re experiencing, there is a path to deeper connections, a stronger sense of self, and a more fulfilling existence. The transformation you’re seeking is not only possible but achievable with the right guidance and tools. The journey might seem overwhelming, but together, we can navigate it.

How I can help…

In therapy, I offer a holistic approach that recognizes the intricate web of cultural and societal factors influencing your mental health. I specialize in working with clients who hold multiple intersecting marginalized identities, including those who identify as LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, Latinx, and those who are neurodivergent. I embrace the richness of human diversity, and I am open and excited to provide support and foster an inclusive therapeutic environment for my clients. I am not limited by specific identities or experiences and am dedicated to walking alongside anyone seeking positive change.

Guided by evidence-based practices, I’ll help you explore techniques that promote healing and personal growth. Throughout our work together, I’ll provide a safe and empathetic space where you can freely express yourself and explore your thoughts. Together, we’ll uncover practical strategies for self-compassion, empowerment, and fostering meaningful relationships.

The various identities and roles that you’ve held in life have shaped your perspective and experience in unique ways. Therefore, I mold my approach to your individual preferences and needs, while gently encouraging you to embrace new perspectives. By taking this step towards therapy, you’re already displaying a remarkable strength – one that will pave the way for positive change in your life.

When I’m not at work…

When I am not at work I enjoy playing with my cat Luigi, exploring new coffee shops, and going on hikes.
