Does this sound like you?
You spend so much of your energy being strong for everyone else that your own needs fade into the background. On the outside, you seem like you have it together, but internally you may be carrying anxiety, grief, past trauma, or constant self-doubt. Maybe you feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, struggle to set boundaries, or find yourself overwhelmed by the pressure to always be “okay.” Asking for support feels unfamiliar because you have always been the one others turn to. Deep down, you long for a space where you can slow down, be yourself, and feel understood without judgment.
Can Therapy Help?
What if you didn’t have to carry everything on your own anymore? Imagine feeling more grounded, trusting yourself, and approaching life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting what you’ve been through- it means those experiences no longer have to define you. Therapy offers a space to better understand yourself, build healthier patterns, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been overlooked. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. We’ll work through it together, one step at a time.
How can I help?
I believe therapy is a place where you can show up exactly as you are, without feeling like you have to have the right words or all the answers. My role is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, challenged when needed, and empowered to grow. I take an integrative, trauma-informed approach, tailoring therapy to your unique experiences and goals rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. I strive to create an affirming, inclusive environment where clients of all identities feel welcomed, respected, and valued.
If we work together, you can expect me to be warm, genuine, curious, and compassionate. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel safe enough to explore difficult experiences, deepen your understanding of yourself, and build the confidence and tools to create meaningful, lasting change.
I know starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I’m honored to be part of that journey with you.
When I'm not at Work
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy practicing yoga, taking long walks, reading, and exploring new places. Since moving to Dallas, I’ve enjoyed getting to know my new city, while always looking forward to visits back home in Minnesota.
