For new therapists in our practice, we are offering a full-time, W2 employment opportunity with medical benefits. We provide regular consultation meetings to discuss our cases and learn from one another.

Compensation is structured as a revenue percentage split based on income received (after insurance reimbursement, as applicable). We will cover employee payroll taxes as well as a portion of medical insurance.

We are paneled as a group with a BCBS, Cigna/Evernorth, and Scott and White, so you can elect to take insurance and serve self-pay clients.

We primarily serve adults (18+) although we have a few adolescent clients(13+). We are focusing on hiring therapists who want to work with adults.
